Due to the extreme interest in the issues аbout personal data protection, “Zafirov and Kandilarov” Law firm  organized a second seminar on the subject on 25^th of May. The interest in the Lawyer’s Academy was big again. In the first part Svetozar Zafirov, attorney at law, clarified the issue about the Data Protection Officer figure: who can be, what its functions are, when his hiring is mandatory and other useful things related to the theme. The second part continued with Valeri Kandilarov, attorney at law, who developed the theme of application of the regulation to lawyers, free discussion on the subject, as well as other interesting and useful questions. The seminar ended with Stanislav Petkov, computer specialist, who presented the theme about the information security in connection with personal data protection.
